blinking cursor with black screen on boot

hi.
i have the following problem. when i try to install or start batocera with my usb stick i always get a black screen with " loading batocera linux" and a blinking cursor. I tried to use nomodeset in grub file but still not working. any ideas ?
pc is a laptop with switchable graphic card intel and amd radeon

can you edit the 2 files grub.conf on your usb stick, and remove "console=tty3 quiet loglevel=0" to see errors on the screen.

i dont get any error messages when i remove those lines, just the same blinking cursor

On an other pc i get error:

You need to load kernel first
