Can't install to internal hard drive from USB

Hi, I made my USB key with Etcher and I can't install Batocera from the USB key to the hard drive. I'm obligated to do this on 2 tablet that can't have the hard drive removed.

If I go into Archtecture there's nothing you can select. If I press the right arrow on Architecture the systems goes to a black screen written batocera linux in top left corner.

Please help me!

for the blackscreen, i don't know.
for the empty list, it's because it requires a network connection to list and install.

Ok this is really sad that it needs network. Both of my tablet's wifi card aren't compatible with Batocera and there's no lan port. Do you know any other way I could get network access on these tablets? Do you plan on adding a full install to hard drive without lan?

How many usb ports do they have? Because there is an adapter from USB to ethernet. Now, the thing is if they only have one usb port, theres the option to use a USB Hub which has multiple inputs but I don't know if they are compatible with the tablet. I will think on any more options.

G22 I really don't know but I have one dongle from usb to ethernet let me look for it and I will test with it on my pc and also a raspberry pi zero with batocera if it works I let you know on this post.

G22 I tested my usb to ethernet dongle with my mini pc and it worked. The model that I have is a thinkpad usb 3.0 to ethernet https://www3.lenovo.com/us/en/accessories-and-monitors/cables-and-adapters/adapters/CABLE-BO-TP-USB3-0-to-Ethernet-Adpt/p/4X90E51405, but I think on amazon there are better prices. I need to do now the test with the raspberry pi zero but I need to find first one adapter or hub from micro usb to usb
