G22 I don't think you're going to have much luck getting Batocera running on that tablet. It's using an ARM processor and I get the feeling that buildroot won't support that hardware.
If you can get Ubuntu installed on it you may be able to get the RetroPie install scripts to install things.
You may be able to get RetroArch running on Android which will give you access to the bulk of the emulators that power Batocera and is possibly the easiest and most reliable way to retro game on that device.
