I am building arcade machine for my daughter.
I install Batocera on my old desktop pc (inter core 2 duo 2,4GHz, 2 GB DDR2) and start to check if everything work before placing it in wooden box.
I have two problems:
1. To edit, copy roms etc i am using wireless keyboard ( https://www.aliexpress.com/item/i8-Mini-Wireless-Keyboard-2-4GHz-Air-Mouse-Remote-Control-Touchpad-For-Android-TV-Box-Notebook/32832289291.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.F8bzJB ) it works fine in terminal and as a mouse, but when try to play on it, there is a problem with buttons. arrows work fine, but the A,B,X,Y etc. buttons originally are A,Z,S,X,etc. keys. It is impossible to use together with arrows. My trouble is, that even when I change the buttons in settings, they are changed when using in menu, but in games they are backing in to original settings. Does anyone knows how to change the control buttons in the games as well?
- Having problem described above, I have find my old usb pad ( https://static.komputronik.pl/product-picture/5/JOYPADTKMSHOOT-1.png ) the buttons are fine here. But after reading that forum I know that shaders do not work properly now in batocera, so I turned them off. But when during the game I will touch L1/L1/R1/R2 buttons on my game pad, a yellow inscription appears at the bottom of screen "shaders/..... / and all game is going freaky. What I am making wrong? why shaders are available even when turned of in menu?
Will be very thankful for help with those to problems. My daughter have birthday in next month:-)
