Finally managed to flash 5.11 on to my eMMC memory and get PSX working well.
Moving on to Dreamcast and I have tested 3 games so far with the same result.
Double Dragon
Metal Slug
Metal Slug 2
All stutter badly, I've noticed I can't optimise or configure anything on this emulator. Is Dreamcast a no-no then?
