i removed it.
i found nobody telling what it was usefull for.
it was a major security whole.
it was not maintained anymore.
missing bios can be found in menu>games>missing bios directly on the system.
i found it easier to manage bios via the network share than via a web interface. can you argument the advantage via a web interface ?
i'm interested by arguments. batocera is made to be the most simple possible, and userfriendly. on recalbox, it was just usefull to parse logs and edit some config.txt files, which is not really for end user. at least, for such advanced things, the network share was simpler in my opinion. but your mind interest me while i mainly got no answer when i told i will remove it, and nobody really complained it was missing.
