Trying to figure this out on my own, but since there are so many different platforms that this could run on, I thought I would just try and ask for a hand up. (Thank you in advance for anyone who helps!) I have an older Sceptre Monitor that is really close to square. If I flip it onto one side, it will make the field of view slightly taller, and I think that would be better for the scrolling shooters. I really can't seem to find a simple answer for this so I will try here.
I am running on a DELL optiplex PC and all the info I have been finding is for the Raspberry Pi platform. I think because I was searching for the info in Recalbox mainly.
So any thoughts to try, and I thank you!
