it's not really a question of enough or not enough.
Some old pc manage to run batocera without any problem.
It's a question of supported / not supported.
Ati changed its strategy when fusionned with amd, but before that, ati card were not well supported on linux,
by consequence, several computer with ati cards (radeon) doesn't work.
However, there is an other possibility : it could be something missing on batocera. To confirm it's a support problem, generally, i run ubuntu to check wether it works under ubuntu.
