Playing games with multiple disks on Dreamcast!

Greetings Batocera community,

Today I would like to review a topic that I been trying to get pass since Batocera 5.7, is there a way to load a game with multiple disk on the Dreamcast emulator? games like Shenmue 1&2, Skies Of Arcadia, and Resident Evil CODE: Veronica, that request you to insert multiple disk in order to continue the game, those anyone has any idea how to do this or if it is even possible?

The multiple disks do not exist on the Dreamcast 😉

You only have to play with CD1 (for example) and when you are asked to load the CD2, you save, leave the emulator, launch the CD2 and load your save

Genetik57 Thank you for clearing this up for me sir. I do have another problem that I am not sure if it has been already point out here also regarding the dreamcast, when first launch the emulator is not keeping memory of the BIOS clock, every time the emulator is run it is requiring to set the time again, the only way it will not ask you to set the time is when is let as the default time, the issue with this is that saved games on the VMU is not in the correct time. I am not sure if this will effect it much, but, is there a way to fix this so it will maintain the correct time after you set it up the first time?
