Unable to initialize the Microsoft Exchange

Hii..

When I access Microsoft Exchange I get this error message: 'Unable to initialize the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service'. I checked event viewer and found some errors, but I couldn't figure out what caused those. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please help.
