I create this post so that people can follow it, be alerted when i push a test version, and be able to test new features / bug fixed.

I would just like to turn of the auto screen scraper. i can edit the file if i know where it was. My kids already missed up the artwork i had. So i had to stick with batocera 5.5. Please let me know the file where i can remove that option Auto Screen Scraper.

nadenislamarre Screenscraper change and without login, no data downloaded, i tested with 5.6 stable and the problem continue, apps like Universal_XML_Scraper need screenscrape login to work.

yes, rollback to 5.5 is a way to remove this menu for the moment.
in the next version, i've added a sub menu.

I disappeared a lot of ccovers n64, snes, gameboy ... although they were working and in the directory of roms I can see that they are all the cover letters. The scrapper does not put them correctly. I'm using the 5.5 test of 01/04/2017

in next 5.6, i've kept both menu to let people choose the scrapper mode while the result depends on the games.

the changelog (which doesn't include minor changes for the enduser) :

- wii: system language configured automatically
- wii: ratio is automatically set to 16/9. If you explicitly set it to 4/3 in option, it will take it.

nadenislamarre Controllers for wii don't work, i use xbox 360 controller and don't save a config, i've try config a new profile and this works but don't reload after exit of game, always need load the profile on menu of emulator.

I've try change WiimoteNew.ini but always return for this.

i don't understand the problem.
Are you using a real wiimote or a xbox controller to play the wii ?
By default, batocera only accept real wiimote. They must not be paired in the bluetooth batocera menu, but once the game is launched by the emulator.
If you want to play with your pad, you've to enable this mode in recalbox.conf (search wii)

nadenislamarre I use xbox 360 controller, i've tried this, but the commands are confused, for example, on D-PAD right is up, up is left, left is down and down is right.

@Pheon no, it's a new one.
@Scofield the problem is that depending on the game, ie the way you're suppose to take the wiimote, the mapping should be different.

nadenislamarre I can usually use snes controls by gpio in recalbox 4.0 but using batocera with the same configuration I do not get responses from the controls. Is there not even a job to solve it?
