Thank you! 🙂 I will test it as soon as possible.
Edit: Did a bit of testing (tested only different SNES Emulators/Cores with Super Mario World) and here are the results:
My system:
Intel NUC with i5-3427U
4GB RAM
128GB Lexar JumpDrive USB 3.0 Stick
Inateck Bluetooth Dongle
Original Sony PS3 DualShock 3 Controller
Settings in RetroArch (Quick Menu, Latency):
Run-Ahead to Reduce Latency: ON
Number of Frames to Run Ahead: 2
Runhead Use Second Instance: ON (when OFF you have sound problems)
Emulator: Default
Core: Default (= Snes9x 2010 1.52.4)
Runs perfect! 🙂
But no fast forward (Hotkey + D-Pad right) possible, as long as "Runhead Use Second Instance" is enabled 🙁
Emulator: Libretro
Core: SNES9X_NEXT (= Snes9x 2010 1.52.4)
see above
Core: Default (= ?) black screen then jumps back to Emulation Station Menu 🙁
On Pi3 it was working (and it was POCKETSNES, i think)
Core: CATSFC (= Snes9x 2005 v1.36)
Runs perfect 🙂
But no fast forward possible, even whith default settings (with Run-Ahead disabled) 🙁
Core: SNES9X (= Snes9x 1.54.1)
Runs perfect 🙂
But no fast forward (Hotkey + D-Pad right) possible, as long as "Runhead Use Second Instance" is enabled 🙁
Core: POCKETSNES (not existing/unavailable? On Pi3 it was available) 🙁
