maybe you have to put BIOS on BIOS folder (or neogeo roms folder, dont remember right now).
theres is a section on batocera that shows you what bios is missing.
If the roms you put is listed, but dont load the game, maybe that could be the problem.
Bios and roms file are forbidden to link, so you have to google it by your self.
