GF7050V-M7 no onboard audio BATOCERA 5.15 PC

I've installed BATOCERA 5.15 on one "risk" hdd according CRYSTAL DISK results and NO AUDIO, then I installed BATOCERA 5.15 on a "healthy" hdd according CRSYATL DISK.. And at the beginning it has audio, it seems the problem was solved but in a few secounds the keyboard STUCK and just the background music was working, so I restarted it, turning it off and then turning it on and now the Audio IS GONE.. NO AUDIO AGAIN.

I'm frustrated, if someone can help me please, I will appreciate it so much..thank you !

Your sound may be muted. You can use the command alsamixer to check.

You can ssh into your pc or plug in a keyboard directly, press F4 to exit ES, then log into batocera:

Then scroll to the Master and PCM channels with the "←" and "→" keys and unmute them by pressing the "m" key :

Then exit alsamixer with "ESC" key
