Bluetooth ar3k firmware not found

Hi, I install batocera 5.17 on lenovo G400s 20244. I try to use my ps3 bluetooth controllers, but its only works via usb (both: SHANWAN and SZMY-POWER). I tried to config via on screen menu, but not found any device. I tried changing driver on config file and using a usb dongle, but didn't work. My dmesg show this:

So, I tried copying the firmware (downloaded from https://kernel.googlesource.com/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-firmware/+/4a91e8c9f1e433143cf900487fbef01aa8b4c869/ar3k) to /lib/firmware/ar3k and rebooting the system, but on every reboot this directory and his content was erased.

Any help is welcome.

not erased. saved in ram. thus lost on reboot
run /recalbox/script/recalbox-saveoverlay.sh to save files modified on the system (lost on update but ill see to make it available if yoy confirm it works)

It work, but not perfectly. I was able to pair all my gamepads (2 shanwan and 1 szmy-power) with some issues:
1) Bluetooth only works via usb dongle (maybe the internal bluetooth card isn't supported)
2) Sometimes gamepads refuse to connect and the lights keep flashing, even trying 2 or 3 times. In this case usually I must reboot the system and try again. This not always work and must use the usb cable to play.
3) When bluetooth connected the shanwan gamepads work with any driver, the szmy-power gamepad only with "official" driver. All works well, without delay.
4) No out-of-the-box "hotkey" button, I must configure all three gamepads.
