just note that i've not tested at all the rpi3 image. generally, i test all the rc before sending them. but i'm very busy, thus, i let people test before me this time.

select BR2_PACKAGE_LIBRETRO_DOSBOX # ALL
and put the non libretro as follows:
select BR2_PACKAGE_DOSBOX if BR2_PACKAGE_BATOCERA_TARGET_X86 || BR2_PACKAGE_BATOCERA_TARGET_X86_64

Thus adding libretro DOSBox to all systems?

The only things missing now for absolutely perfection of batocera.linux:

Add possibility to remap controller buttons for each system separately within ES Menu (to have a solution for problems like this: https://batocera-linux.xorhub.com/forum/d/1282-button-mapping-gamecube-and-nes)
Add video snaps/preview (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AqIu1whpw_M)
Add Super Mario War
Add Citra (3DS emulator)
Add Cemu (Wii U emulator)
Add RPCS3 (PS3 emulator)

What is your opinion? Is something of that realistic and could be possible in the future (maybe sometime next year)?

PS3 emulator is still in "early" stage... It is still alpha if I remember, and powerfull machine is needed 🙁

Artiko17 It still runs some smaller games really well on older processors like the indie games. I'd rather have CEMU...I had it really running good in wine on my manjaro desktop.

I have tested in rpi3 and found problems....

Libreto ppsspp dont works (no any game open), but ok with ppsspp non libreto
psx Rearmed : when i save state and open state Stop working.... Savestates corruption problem...

luizthiago @nadenislamarre libretro ppsspp is broken across all systems with lakka as well, FYI. Just my opinion but if it were me I would stick to the stand alone PPSSPP. I do not know what causes the breakage but I can tell you every system I have tested lakka on libreto PPSSPP is unreliable and doesn't work.

But and about The Rearmed psx problem in savestates?

dmschwartzii @nadenislamarre If you have an RPI3, please, test savestates in some emulators like PSX (rearmed) and Sega 32X ..... in this both cases i having issues ....

When i do an savestate, OK...no problem ...so, when i open savestate, error (stop working and return to es - OR - open state but freezes image (sound OK, image freeze )

nadenislamarre I tried this on XU4 and it wouldn't boot I remove the update files from the root of the SD and I'm booted back with 5 .17

nadenislamarre alright I got it however on the xu4 4.14 if I manually set the core for Nintendo 64 to libretro mupen64plus it boots me back to ES. Leaving into default it works however this makes a Donkey Kong 64 unplayable whereas on 5 .17 I could manually set it and the game was playable
