Bezel problem GB with 5.18

I updated my Pi2 and Pi3 from 5.17 to 5.18 and just noticed, that now there is a problem with the bezel of gameboy.
The edge of the bezel covers the screen a bit too much now.

same here, problem with mame, megadrive, and others bezels/overlays.

Maybe @nadenislamarre can solve it for next version (5.19) doing a regression to the bezels for same as in 5.17 (without the problem) ...

I Generaly do tests in Rpi before oficial releases, but, as i not use bezels, i don't see this problem before the launch of 5.18 to alert devs to correct then ... sorry !

Just installed it on my Pi3, tested a GB game and the bezel has now the correct size :-)
