Hello everyone,
first, thank you for your wonderful work, I enjoy Batocera very much and I'm so impressed by all the work that was done on it.
I use Batocera on an external USB3 1Tb HDD and it works well. My specs are Core i5 4690k @4,7Ghz , 16Gb ram and GTX 1070.
I have a question on Dolphin, it seems like the old ways to access Dolphin menus don't work anymore... I tried with ssh but I got this message : dolphin-emu isn't found. When I launch a Gamecube game, I can see the menu if I use ALT+TAB but it's not possible to navigate into the menus with mouse or even arrow keys / tab on the keyboard.
Is there a new way to access the Dolphin UI ?
My other question is about PCSX2, I know it's very preliminary yet, so I'm very grateful already. I'm just wondering if other people have also terrible performance using the hardware OpenGL renderer instead of Software renderer. I used very safe settings (upscale factor = 2) but using the Hardware Open GL renderer on my GTX 1070 results in terrible performance. Some games runs about 40 to 50fps, but most are about 1 or 2fps... Software renderer on the other hand is usually fullspeed.
I'm surprised about theses results since the GTX 1070 is pretty strong GPU with plenty of Vram. Is it because the Nvidia drivers aren't up to date ? or did I miss some options ?
If someone has some feedback to provide about it too, I will be glad to listen.
Also I was wondering if it can be possible in the future to support the Vulkan API on both Dolphin and PCSX2 for the x64 distro.
Thank you so much for your answer and your awesome work !
Have a nice day.
