phil_socal Installed 5.5 64bit to thumb drive, and my Acer r1600 starts to boot (I see batocera.linux text), then my monitor goes to sleep. Using the HDMI port connected to a DVI monitor. Any ideas?
ifju88 I added "splash nomodeset" (without the quotes) to X:\boot\grub\grub.cfg (where X: is your thumbdrive letter), and it worked... I did this too, but for me, the whole OS was laggy as hell...
