DREAMCAST ratio/aspect image on screen PROBLEM

Hi eveyone,

I have a Nespi - Raspberry PI 3+ with latest Batocera installed in. I have checked all emulators and they work perfectly..., Dreamcast as well but... contraty to my expectations, the image appears very small on the TV..., in a Little square…, I thought that it was due to my TV (a sony 75" , 4k) but the thing is that the rest of emulators show the image in full screen or aspect ratio 16:9 etc, without problem.

I have been checking the general stettings, settings of the game , trying to change the aspect ratio of the screen , but it only works with the rest of emulators, not in Dreamcast.

Also in settings of the game/advance/dreamcast... but nothing worked.

In fact, the HOTKEY neither work in Dreamcast emulators..., when I am playing to a DC game, I press my Hotkey combination , but it does not work in dreamcast... so I cannot access to the Hotkey menu and change the aspect ratio there....

Any recomendation to solve this situation please??
