system.emulators.specialkeys save states only option

I was setting up a rpi based Batocera for a friend, and I love how you can lock it down into a bartop mode, and I also love the specialkeys feature, but I think I'd like an option to enable saves while disabling the menu and shaders keys. Something like this:

system.emulators.specialkeys=saveonly

i've not understand what it the aim.
not however that it's not simple. it requires to patch all emulators to allow only some keys by configuration.

Basically, I just want to be able to do save states, while not having the emulator menu or change shaders (L and R) buttons active.
Since there was already a nomenu option, I had hoped it was simple(-ish) to disable the change shaders buttons. I just want to make it so he cannot accidentally change the shaders or open the emulator menu and not know how to get back to the default but keep the ability to do save states.

Good day. I understand we are talking about the hotkey functions? In my opinion this is a pretty good idea, only with the ability to save and load would still be able to rewind the game. And even better would be to give the ability to disable each function separately. For example, if you disable any function, assign an empty value for this combination in the configuration file. And it would be nice somewhere(for example to make a section in the menu - help) to list all the functionality of the hotkey button.
