Hi, to answer your question no batocera does not come with the bios needed for the emulators,
you can go to emuparadise or a like site to download the bios for free then send to your system over your network connection with the default directory of //batocera and drop them into your bios folder, thankfully batocera is intelligent enough to sort out what it actually needs per iso/game .
