What is the hardware requirement for PS2 and WII

Your help what is the minimum hardware to play in these consoles.
I have a dual core of 3gb + nvidia gtx 570 + 4gb ddr3 and they do not work

What CPU you have exactly?

Intel i3, celeron, pentium... Or other?

And what is not working?

I'm trying PS2 and Wii games with an Intel Core i5 CPU and 8gm of RAM.
Wii games seems play good enough, PS2 start but are too slow to play.

you can disable sound for example or lower graphics via f1/menu/applications/pcsx2-config
sound slower a lot the performances

Great, now is more fast, just to put audio to mono and is more quickly with lower graphics.

Just another question because not on all games is possibile to disable audio, and if i click on F1 in PS2 i don't see any kind of menu. There's some file where can i put that kind of preferences?

thanks for the answers and help, I have a 3Gb dual core pentium, I will try to change motherboard and CPU for a higher one.
