Nvidia video card not working

Hello! I have a laptop with hybrid graphics (intel and nvidia), is there a way to enable a forcibly discrete nvidia graphics card?

Hello,
I am also looking for the documentation on how to enable the nvidia driver. I can see that 410.73 is in there, but can’t figure out how to enable it..
Can anyone give a few hints??

The notes for this release state:
support for nvidia proprietary driver (not enabled by default).

I just want to know how to enable it..

I had seen a reference to that file, but it seemed to easy, so was going down the modprobe nvidia.ko path..

I have tried a lot of things I have found on the net..
Still don’t know how to enable the proprietary driver..
Such a small thing to ask the dev, but no response.

Hello ! You just have to open the recalbox-boot.conf file at the root of the USB key and uncomment (remove the # sign) at the begining of the line with nvidia driver. I hope that the filename is correct as I am not in front of my PC.

Guys, hybrid setups are not working. You can only use the intel gpu for now. If you would like to help, please, follow the instructions i gave to @Sduva in https://batocera-linux.xorhub.com/forum/d/1851-batocera-linux-5-20-with-nvidia-legacy-drivers-390-xx/81.

Try both with nvidia-driver to false and true. Changes will not persist across reboots. Please remember to save the overlay.
