gamecube/wii not running games

hi...
a few days ago y downloaded batocera and try to test the following games
gamecube: mario strikers
wii: mario strikers charged
both of them goes though a white windows and then goes back to the main menu.

is there anything that i'm missing from my side?

following is my laptop information
core i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20Ghz

White screen is indicating its trying to load the rom as it loads without the bios screen
I am guessing you have onboard graphics on the laptop, in which case it might not be supported to run dolphin, that or a bad rom
