Renaming gxl_p212_2g to dtb.img did the trick. It takes a while to boot, but that's a bootloader issue.
With this box, there is no need to press-and-hold reset, but it only booted with pendrive pluged at USB-2 port. Now, i'll have to borrow a wired controller from someone, cause i only have PS3 Shanwan clones, and bluetooth didn't got recognized. HDMI worked great, sound clean, no video lags during Emulationstation, but i'll need a controller to proceed with further testing
Edit: Had an Shanwan with the receiver, and it worker. Tomorrow i'll give more details about this hardware, but playing Snes, Gameboy, Megadrive and Nes was flawless 🙂
