i get a little bit lucky. Batocera 5.19 on a USB3.0 stick will boot on my office Desktop with an old i5 2500 and onboard gpu out of the box. But for booting on this old HP (i3 530) i've got to make the Stick bootable with gparted by setting a Bootflag. Then it will boot and work perfectly, all up and all happy. Trying to install an internal hd will work, get the update to 5.20 without error, reboot, and....... black screen. System boot ok, accesable via ssh and "Nemo", my filebrowser in Mint Linux. No idea whats going on there. Batocera 5.20 on stick (without modification on bootflag) will boot on my i5 within seconds.
So i flashed the image on a 2,5 hdd and set it bootable, this works at the moment.
Anyone a idea whats went wrong there?
