MegaPi Case - SafeReset/SafeShutdown script not working

Hi!, I've got a MegaPi Case (Megadrive case) for Raspberry Pi 3B, I want to use the SafeReset/SafeShutdown functionality that Batocera includes, I've tried UnCommenting the line that makes refrence to the 'PIN365ONOFFRESET' on the 'recalbox.conf' file, but when I use the RESET button it makes an instant (not safe) reset, when I use the POWER button it makes an instant shutdown (not safe).
Is someone else having this problem?
Could it be fixed?

Did you make sure that the "SafeShutdown" DIP switch is in the right position?

Yes it is, when it says On the system powers on, when it says off the system powers off, but it's not loading any script, everything is instant.
