spr22 Is there anyway change the config to enable the boot animation on PCSX2? On a regular CLI, the "--fullboot" flag shows the PS2 BIOS splash on launch.

nadenislamarre i note to reconsider this point. while i'm not sure that always fullboot is welcome. i've to do some tests or provide at least an option.
Retro-Schulzi Without the fully boot, some games like TR Angel of Darkness have no menu text and no multilanguage support
