[PC] New Installation

Hello from France everyone and sorry if I have bad English.
I have old pc components and I want use them. So I want use my pc for batocera.
On this pc I have a core i7 3770, gtx 970, 16gb ddr3 and a power Seasonic gold80 650w.
So I bought a motherboard miniAtx (because I want something mini) Asus P8H61-I LX R2.0 and a case Cooler Master Elite 130 :-)
Now I would want maybe a SSD for batocera system and HDD for storage games and roms.
Maybe 1 or 2 drives because when I read posts on forum its not clear between Usb and SSD/HDD.
Could you help me for installation because I never use batocera. I used recalbox on my Raspberry Pi 3 only last year. Maybe its same.

gregory81 use this metode , booting batocer from iso file no flash need and dualboot whit windows .
in 2 mins you done whit this tutorial .
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7-PvCTdv03k i use it on ssd 120 gb and roms can be on the same `HDD or another one ,. in my case i using usb 3.0 3TB HDD for roms and batocera boot on another ssd .

Hello,
I received all components needed and i did my retrostation.
I flashed batocera on my hdd 4to. I can boot on it. But I can't change anything.
I change language, options,... but nothing is saved :-( I Don't know why nothing is save. Its strange.
