Gamecube freezing

Hi, anyone else having gamecube freeze after 15-20min of game play? loving the gamecube options and been testing tony hawk 4 and mario sunshine and both are freezing. how would I start fault finding such an issue? new to batocera. are there any logs I could look at?
running a HP 8300 elite 4gb ram SSD and on board video (intel HD graphics)

never read something like this about gamecube , try to generate a new recalbox.config file and replace whit older one .

maybe your system is getting too hot... what is the temperature you get in your bios after a freeze?

thanks for the input... yeah temp could be an issue. I did start and run tony hawk 4 last night and let it just sit and had no freeezing after 1 hr's so maybe a one off problem, but will check temp if this does happen again...
what an amazing project... blows my mind how well an old i5 with 4 gb of ram runs all of these emulators...
