Batocera pc x86 64bit Wii and new system

Hi all im a new on World batocera.
I have installed batocera full on my old pc.
Xeon E3, 16gb ram, Zotac amp 760.

First trouble is any reboot batocera ask to configure controller ( in my case 360 pad original whit original adapter wireless).

Second : Wii virtual pad doesn't work...if i press F1 and go to app, dolphin, configure virtual controller, select a game, work fine, wen i exit e relaunch a game, don't work.

3: I edit es_system.cfg for add new system (in my case atomiswave) after saving, and reload game list nothing appears.

How to fix all?

Sorry for my bad English and nobby questions.

is the other configuration remaining ?
edit recalbox.conf (wii virtual pad) while batocera itself autoconfigure the pad and erase your configuration
cpy es_system.cfg to /recalbox/share/system/.emulationstation from /recalbox/share_init/system/.emulationstation/es_system.cfg

nadenislamarre ok tank you so much, for controller now after reboot is ok....
But the wii problem don't fix...after launching the game (new super Mario) ask me to push button 2, and my pad 360 don't work (wireless controller).
I look Wen start game, show me in yellow in the up left corner, wii mote is disconnected is all 4...

Have the same problem on the batocera.linux 5.21v. Nintendo WII tells to push button 2, but I cannot there is no mapping to the PS4 controller... only PS button + start works to leave the emulated game...

I can just advice you to use version 5.20. There is a big fat error in 5.21 that dont keep your own configuration.
In my case it was Goldeneye WII, and some mods destroy your own configuration in Dolphin to rebuild on base of the definitions in emulationstation. After return to 5.20, it was ok again.
