Just thought i would let you know how I've built my raid.
got a 3 sas 1tb drives (Any HDDs will do), basically ive built the best part of my setup on a single drive.
setup a raid 1 on another 2 drives, used acronis usb bootable iso and cloned my build to the other drives.
Original drive has now been placed in cold storage.
yes it took a few hours, but its safe from having to build and transfer everything from scratch if any drives failures happen .
