HOW TO SET TIME BATOCERA RPI3

good afternoon
How do I set the schedule for my raspberry pi 3 with batocera according to my country
how do I set the time for

Brazil / Sao Paulo or Brazil / Brasilia
or GMT-3: 00

so date and time are correct in the main menu of Batocera

in the recalbox and wraps by the web maneger V.2.22 of the own recalbox

And in Batocera, how do I please help me?
if possible make a tutorial written with images

edit recalbox.conf timezone value. not very userfriendly for the moment

is it possible to change system and/or kb language to something other than the suggested options?
i would just really like to use dk keyboard and there is a system language en_DA alltho the last one is prob irrelevant

and I leave it that way it comes this way by default

Set the language of the system (fr_FR,en_US,en_GB,de_DE,pt_BR,es_ES,it_IT,eu_ES,tr_TR,zh_CN)

system.language=pt_BR

set the keyboard layout (fr,en,de,us,es)

;system.kblayout=us

Set you local time

Select your timezone from : ls /usr/share/zoneinfo/ (string)

;system.timezone=Europe/Paris

Remova o ; ou # do inicio da linha de system.timezone=Europe/Paris e deixe da seguinte maneira:

system.timezone=America/Sao_Paulo
