I found a way to solve the resolution issue.
open dolphin with f1
make sure the makes an gameini file.
and find the in userdata/saves/dolphin-emu/gamesettings
and add the following
[Video_Settings]
InternalResolution = 1
problem solved for that game
ill try more as we speak
edit.
press f1 and open dolphin config.
import all youre games.
right click on the game and then properties.
check the dual core option and click close.
then you need to add the above to the game ini file
[Video_Settings]
InternalResolution = 1
tried a couple of restarts and some games and this works.
only game my machine cant run is luigi mansion.
but even twin snakes works now
