Hi all,
This is my first time running Batocera or anything like it. Im running 5.20 - x86_64 on a Intel Pentium G4400 @ 3.30GHz with intel HD 510 on a 1TB hdd with 16gb ram. Had it laying around. I bought a usb wifi stick and a bluetooth usb for my two xbox one controllers. Both controllers works fine with cable, so does my internet connection.
First of all, games seems to run smooth and im excited to try this out! 🙂
1st issue is that i can only connect one of my xbox one controllers with these settings
"# -------------- D1 - PS3 Controllers ------------ #
##Enable PS3 controllers support
controllers.ps3.enabled=0
Choose a driver between bluez, official and shanwan
bluez -> bluez 5 + kernel drivers, support official and shanwan sisaxis
official -> sixad drivers, support official and gasia sisaxis
shanwan -> shanwan drivers, support official and shanwan sisaxis
controllers.ps3.driver=bluez
------------ D2 - XBOX Controllers ------------
Xbox controllers are already supported, but xboxdrv can solve some compatibility issues
Enable xboxdrv driver, disable this if you enabled ps3 controllers (0,1)
controllers.xboxdrv.enabled=1
Set the amount of controllers to use with xboxdrv (0..4)
controllers.xboxdrv.nbcontrols=2"
2nd it seems to be a bug that when trying to pair a controller, if you disconnect the 1st controller which is connected with a cable while pairing, you get a black screen.
3ed is when i config my wifi settings in the .config file. When starting, Batocera loading screen will pop and then black screen.
"# ------------ B - Network ------------ #
Set system hostname
system.hostname=BATOCERA
Activate wifi (0,1)
wifi.enabled=1
Wifi SSID (string)
;wifi.ssid=MY SSID
Wifi KEY (string)
after rebooting the recalbox, the "new key" is replace by a hidden value "enc:xxxxx"
you can edit the "enc:xxxxx" value to replace by a clear value, it will be updated again at the following reboot
Escape your special chars (# ; $) with a backslash : $ => \$
;wifi.key=MY PASSWORD
Anyone have any idea what im doing wrong? And would really want this to get working 🙂
Thanks in advanced.
