Retroachievements for N64 and ps1 not working?

I have gotten retro achievements working with some of the systems, but N64 and ps1 games are not recognised. Are there settings to get it working? I used recalbox prior to batocera and N64 worked fine back then with retroachievements.

Did you ever figure this out? I have the same exact issue. Achievements work fine on everything else I've tried, but PS1 and N64 will not work. If I go to the retroarch menu, achievements are disabled. I re-enable them, save the configuration multiple times, but as soon as I reload any N64 or PS1 game, it gets disabled again.

I've even manually edited the system\configs\retroarch\retroarch.cfg file and it reverts back as soon as I load an n64 or ps1 game.

For anyone else having this issue, the solution for me was to open the retroarch menu and enable achievements. Then go to the overrides section under the quick menu and I did all three options to save overrides and now it works after reloading a game.
