Impossible to create a Image

Hi everyone.
I am writing because I finish my Batocera image on Odroid and I want to backup it to keep all the hard work of choose roms but also to share with friends.
In RPi3 and RPiZeroW, I can create with no problems, but in Odroid it is imposible to create an image.
I am using OSX 10.14.2 and my Batocera version is 5.20.
If someone can help me, I'll really appreciate it!

what do you mean by create an image ? what do not work ?

Sorry guys, it is working now.
I solve why the image didn't work in the beginning.
I change the splash video and I didn't run the command: /recalbox/scripts/recalbox-save-overlay.sh .
I burn the image before do that, my wrong sorry!
