Fan Control XU4

Hello, I changed the cooling system on my XU4 and i mounted an other fan.
Now I would like to change the speed rate in relation to temperature.
This because with the default values the new fan hangs (won't start spinning) at the lowest value.
Now i read in a forum how to change this values:

Will this be possible in Batocera and is there a ways to make the changes persistent at every boot?

You can find the fan control commands called at startup :

To customize the batocera startup, i added a script : /etc/init.d/S99custom
"/recalbox/share/system/custom.sh" start is called at boot
"/recalbox/share/system/custom.sh" stop is called at shutdown.

this script is to be created and made executable.
it it in the user partition, data are not lost here.

I tried this but the fan continues to work at 60ºand not at 45º as I put it...
