Infrared remote USB receiver 5.15 working - then 5.21 not working anymore :(

Hi, I would appreciate if someone can help me get one of my USB infrared receiver working again (I have two USB receivers). The situation is as follow:

Batocera 5.15:
- USB receiver HP TSGI-IR01 - working flawless
- USB receiver HP OVU422000/06 - NOT working
Note: SNES emulator not loading games.

Batocera 5.20 (not booting, I believe that was a problem with my intel graphics...)

Batocera 5.21
- USB receiver HP TSGI-IR01 - NOT working
- USB receiver HP OVU422000/06 - NOT working
Note: all my emulators loading games, but even an Atari2600 takes aprox. 1 minute to load, but I can live with that 🙂

My hardware: Dell Inspiron 1420, CPU intel core2duo T7500 2.2GHz, GPU intel GMA x3100 GM965/GML960, RAM 4Gb.

Try a different USB ports

Or look at the recalbox config file

Thanks for this tip, but I've tried all the remaining USB ports and none of my receivers worked. :~ Only works with build 5.15.

Try to take the recalbox. Config file from 515 and overwrite 520 and see if that helps.

When I take 5.15 image, flash my usb drive and boot -> USB receiver HP TSGI-IR01 works perfect.
When I take 5.21 image, flash my usb drive and boot-> USB receiver HP TSGI-IR01 NOT work (the red light on the receiver get stucked when I press the first key on my remote controler).

Since both are fresh installs, do you believe that config files are different? I will try your sugestion, but I believe that it can be something related with hardware drivers compiled in each build, don't you?

I changed the config file, no success...
