Edit information shown on game selection.

As I have created a little 10" bartop I would like to modify the information that is show on the game selection screen to put a bigger "screen capture" of the game and perhaps delete some game information.

For me I would have enough with a way to edit the Emulation Station theme that comes by default.

I have found information on modifying Emulation Station to add systems but not how to do what I'm interested in.

Any information of where to start?
Would it be "easy" ?

Change the emutation station theme to next level. To add themes connect the bartop to your network then download theme from gethub. Install es file Explorer on adnrion phone. Connect to batocera via es network connection. Or map network drive with windows computer. And move theme to hidden emulation station folder on batocera. Restart. Done. If you need more help let me know.

I did know how to add themes but my question was more related to modify an existing theme.
