Themes Batocera 29.05.2019

I asked alekful why the themes didn't work in Batocera. Alekful said the themes were not compatible with the batocera. batocera's emulation station is out of date. ES needs to be developed. The people who created the batocera should solve this problem. They should update ES.

As I was already saying, no reason to develop an own standard for this on Batocera. Recalbox made it first,
so better to follow the same way and just adapt the changements from Recalbox to Batocera. no reason to find
new keywords and new standard. Anyway as Batocera is a fork, profit from what was done for this in 02/18 on.
now, as I heard already today, @nadenislamarre needs also time to hunt for the salami on the family table, so he cannot make everything alone and instantly.

Wow this is great! Only one thing can I change the music files in the themes with music? Or disable it and use the default background music

yes you can change the music in the theme with another music. recalbox \ system \ .emulationstation \ themes. Go to this ardes. You have a music or sounds folder on the theme you are using. you can change or delete the music there.

Hi, ¿is there a way to display only the image in big format and hide all the other info in batocera?

Hi,
great job here around with themes developping.

I've few questions, maybe I'm not the only one interested in:
1) these themes will be available in the future for all Batocera versions (x86, Rberry, Odroid)?
2) there is the possibility to set the system selection to scroll vertically instead of horizontally? I think this is way more eye-relaxing and allows you to better take advantage of 16:9 Tv screen. I mean something similar to the kodi standard layout ( https://kodiskins.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/highcompress-Screenshot_3.jpg )
3) are games video preview planned?

and put video before each game as hyperspin, I do not know if it's good. since with hyperspin you get 100 gigaz and it's just pure video. no games come.XD
as for the resolution of the images I created them in 1920 x 1080. but I do not know what the resolution indicated for batocera.

Some themes have nothing to do with retrogame but I leave them out if someone is interested

this theme did not want it to be batman but because it moved him I ended up being batman

Is it right that most of the themes have the same background picture for all systems? I tryed some and when I was sliding von system to system only the titles were changing but never the background. I currently use next level 2.3 and this has indeed different backgrounds for the systems.

What other themes exist behaving like next level 2.3 and where can I find them? And ist there a simple way to combine different themes to one?
