I believe this emulator requires additional BIOS files not provided by default. If you open your menu and go to game settings I believe you will see a missing BIOS section. Select it to see which emulators are missing additional BIOS files. If you see 3ds in the list that means you are missing some BIOS files still. Select it and the required BIOS filenames and MD5 hash values will be provided. Do a Google search for those to get the files you need. Think there are a couple sites that might have a BIOS pack that include for all emulators except 3 or so.
