Almost no internal storage available after flashing in 8gb pendrive

Hello.

I've flashed via Etcher image batocera-5.21-x86_64-20190326.img in a 8GB pendrive, and then after trying to copy roms via Batocera file manager (pressing F1), I have only 128 mb available, which obviusly doesn't make sense, as the pendrive should have at least 4 GB free.

Do you have any idea what the problem could be?

seems like the first initial boot was interrupted or the pendrive is corrupted. try to flash the image again on a fresh formatted usb drive (and maybe test another pendrive) and then on the first boot wait a bit more.

Thanks a lot for the answer. I'm trying in a brand new 64GB one and the first boot took like 10 minutes. This time it worked. Thanks a lot for the support
