I have a problem, I downloaded to Odroid the version of the official website of Batocera in the SDCard. The system goes up but I can not save any menu or control information and the tb rooms is transferred by WinScp but when rebooting they are not saved.

sounds like a corrupted SDCard or you did not wait long enough on the first initial boot.
try to flash Batocera again and maybe try another SDCard.
on the first initial boot you have to wait until the boot process is finished completely (otherwise, you will have the same problems again)

The boot process is from Batocera, right? If I wait, the system prompts you to configure the control, after it has been configured, enter the system configuration and change the language. Then a window opens asking for a reboot. After rebooting back as it was before and not as I set it. I did the same process on another MicroSD but the behavior was the same.

So, Batocera is as system existing in one and only squashd file in your boot directory, Batocera by name.
And every time when you reboot, this file overrides (not allowed locations) that have just to do with the system.
Where your data /recalbox/share/..... should not be touched.

Thanks, the solution found is not to use the storage in the same MicroSD where the Batocera is partitioned and instead use a PenDrive to store the Roms and the settings, this way it worked.
