installing to internal hard drive

i finally got verything going but im having trouble installing the os onto my computers hard drive.
it comes up with "AN ERROR OCCURED: check the system/kiogs directory" and when i check it, theres nothing in the .txt file

Are you attempting to install from a usb build through the menu option?
Things to check:
1-that you are connected to the internet, (batocera connects to server to download the requested build)
2-that you are selecting the correct drive.
3-that you are selecting the correct architecture (32/64 bit)
