How to access second (/share) partition

I have a big problem.
I am not sure why my batocera stick does not boot anymore and now my bigger problem is that I lost all my games that are on the second partition (/share) because I can not access it for data recovery.
Batocera does not boot and so no access over network and if I try to copy or read the partition it does not work.
Some partition tools tell it is EXT4 but no system (Windows like Linux) can access the data.

Can anyone tell me how to access the data?
I also tried to copy the complete partition to a new installed batocera but I could not "mount" or access the partition. I also have a copy of the second partition on HDD before this happens but I have no more idea how I can recover my batocera.
Normally I have knowledge about data recovery but in this case I give up.
Can everyone tell me what filesystem this partition is or what software can access it?
Some additional infos: I am using batocera 5.20 and the problem now is that Grub says: "incompatible license. Aborted" and I dont know why but booting is not possible. But important for me are the data on the /share partition.

boot from any other batocera on x86 and plug your key. you'll see your data.
plug your key on any linux machine and you'll see your data
unzip boot.tar.xz from https://batocera-linux.xorhub.com/upgrades/x86_64/stable/last/ on your key and you'll reinstall batocera without loosing data.

First of all, ALARM OFF, my data are recovered. I did it with Testdisk, the only way i could access the partition.
So please let me a little bit time, I will restore some sticks and than I will try it again with some linux.

But please let me ask some question to learn more about how batocera works.
Do you know what I can do if Grub writes "Grub loading.... incompatible license. Aborted." and dont boot batocera?
I dont know what goes wrong and dont know how to fix it.
All neccessary files should be in the FAT32 partition but somethings goes wrong.
It seems Grub dont see his config file (the boot menu entry "batocera.linux" does not apperar)
Grub does not start resuce mode himself and I dont know if or how I can start it manually.
Any idea how to fix this?
