I'm not sure if anyone has experienced this issue, but I cannot seem to get audio from Batocera using Displayport to HDMI adapter. I have 5 options under sound devices (Auto, Custom, HMI0, HDMI1, ALC....) and I can't get any to output sound to my TV. I have tested the Displayport to HDMI adapter using portable Windows and I get audio just fine that way so I know it carries audio. I have also went into the BIOS and disabled the onboard Analog audio device and that didn't help either. This happens on 5.21 and 5.22 beta. I haven't tried anything older.
I was given three HP T520 Thin Client machines with m.2 16GB drives inside and they work really well for N64 and older consoles. I just can't get the audio to work. I have a laptop I loaded everything on and I run it from HDMI and it works fine. I'm not a programmer, so I don't know where to begin looking to know if Displayport works with Batocera or if a setting in a cofig file is off or anything like that. Thanks for any help you can offer.
