nadenislamarre In Batocera and all emulators work perfectly so it should be a problem specifically Kodi, in the stable version the issue it`s also present.

Check all your audio settings including the sample rate and whether you have passed through turned on or not I will try to send a screenshot of my current settings

Also which version of Kodi are you using it can be updated manually if you know how. One more thing I didn't think of is the audio codax. You can download specific add-ons within Kodi that will fix the issue just YouTube it

angelus9151 I use the version 17.6 that is the one that brings Batocera for this device (S905). Thanks for your help, as soon as I can implement your advice I will post the results.

Same for me,the bezels had true black on 5.20 on the new beta the border make the screen look washed out.

eeee87 For any1 wanting to replace the decorations to remove the coloured overlay, all you need to do is take the ones from 5.21 and possibly lower (located at "usr\share\batocera\datainit\decorations") and place them in the 5.22 "userdata\decorations" folder. Worked fine for me last night, even after reboot

angelus9151 It hasn't for me but im going to do a reinstall, I've just been updating the boot.tar part with new betas when they come out.
I like to use Zfast shader on retropie with custom settings,I wonder if the settings will stick now in batocera.

I re-configured my controller and I still can't control dreamcast games. I'm also having issues with moonlight and the controller. Left trigger is stuck always on and the hotkey button also acts as an "X" press. Not sure if the moonlight issues were there in previous version since I am new to Batocera and moonlight did not work for me on 5.21.

synyst3r1 For me, the left and right triggers are also always active in some games, I tried to remap manually, but it doesn't work, the problem must be in the moonlight. I would also like a solution.

je ne sais pas si ca déjà été mentionné mais depuis la version 2.20 les shaders set retro et scanlines ne fonctionnent pas sur la 3DO et la Jaguar.. merci

I choose to switch to beta as my N64 stopped working.I tried to figure it out myself and look online for solutions but with no luck. Choice was to either re-install or go beta so... yeah... Beta fixed my problem! Good job mate.

Odd request maybe... but could the main menu scroll over itself ? As once you get to the bottom and you continue scrolling it goes back to the top also the other way around.

Also if people didn't know 5.21 Games and Watch used to be called 'gw' if you want it to work you need to move your roms to new folder 'gameandwatch' in 5.22 beta. Sorry if someone mentioned before.

5.22 x86_64 24.05:
1) Still have no network connection (if I connect to LAN an IP address is shown but status is still Not Connected. If I connect to Wifi it says „Wifi enabled“ but no IP address is shown and still the status „Not connected“. No share is seen in my network from another Windows PC. Kodi can access rescources on the network. Scraper also downloads media dats like pictures.
2)I forgot to connect my USB Gamepad before I started Batocera. It was not autodetected after I connected it to USB. So I had to restart Batocera and then the Pad was detected. Is this a normal behavior?
This issue seems to be fixed.
3) In the Update menu there is a new entry for themes since beta3. If I chose this it takes 1-2 minutes after Batocera is back and nothings happened. Maybe it doesn‘t check if network is active and therefore runs into a timeout error.

If you have the IP address, you can type it into the Windows file explorer like this to get access to the share folder: \\"ip-adress"\share (for example: \\192.168.1.2\share)

That maybe an issue with the Wifi itself. Try to change settings of your wifi-router.
The Wifi-SSID must be visible and try to give it a simple name without special signs and spaces and best only in small letters (for testing you could just name it "wifi") and you could test without security (no WEP and WPA) or when you enable WPA or WPA2 then set a simple password (also with no special characters).
Maybe you could also change the Wifi Mode (B/G/AGN etc.) and the Wifi-Channel.
If this all does not work, then maybe your Wifi-Card/Adapter is not supported by Batocera (yet).

joinski Batocera on my RPI3 is working with my Wifi. But the x86 version is running on an intel notebook and I haven’t yet tested if Wifi is working on this notebook with V5.21. And on the other hand I haven’t tested 5.22 on my RPI3 yet. I will do some tests with the RC on a tower PC (LAN only) and will report.

Regarding LAN connection: if there is an IP address shown why is the Update function of Batocera saying that it is not connected to network?

Maybe the WLAN chip on this notebook is not supported by now but I don’t believe that the LAN chip is not supported, too.

If you create on your laptop an ntfs /share partition, you can use it for windows and Batocera. Much more suitable as ext4.
