Can you update Kodi version an add support to Netflix Addon?

Hi, i use Batocera Linux on a OLD x64 PC since like a year ago and i like it. This is my first post on The Forum and i dont have too much good english (Im spanniard).

I was wondering if can you update the version of Kodi to Leia and implement Cryptdome Python library on the next release of batocera so i can use Netflix Kodi addon on Batocera.

I've been looking for a way to update Kodi through ssh, but the distro is "buildroot" and I don't know how to do it, any help?

17.6 is the most upto date you can have on Buildroot.

this list was made 2019 of addons for 17.6

The Firefox here is in spanish I believe. but you can always change it by downloading firefox-60.7.0esr.tar.bz2 (ENG)
Extract it, Then drag it paste it here (SHARE/roms/pc/Mozilla-Firefox.pc/firefox-esr/ )
Overwrite all
Then add this to es_systems.cfg (SHARE/system/configs/emulationstation/)

<fullname>Application</fullname>
<name>pc</name>
<path>/userdata/roms/pc</path>
<extension>.pc .PC</extension>
<command>%ROM%/batocera.sh;</command>
<platform>pc</platform>
<theme>pc</theme>
</system>

if it's not there, I believe it's somewhere in usr/ folder in batocera after pressing f1
Find it (es_system.cfg), copy it and paste it to 
SHARE/system/configs/emulationstation/
open it up 
Then Add
<system>
        <fullname>Application</fullname>
        <name>pc</name>
        <path>/userdata/roms/pc</path>
        <extension>.pc .PC</extension>
        <command>%ROM%/batocera.sh;</command>
        <platform>pc</platform>
        <theme>pc</theme>
  </system>

Then Set your internet to your liking, Log in on netflix and go happy watching netflix.
